De eerste aanklachten over de schietpartij in Denver zijn een feit

De heisa rond om de schietpartij in Denver tijdens de nachtelijke première van The Dark Knight Rises is verre van over. Want Torrence Brown Jr. die deze nachtmerrie zonder kogelgaten overleefde wilt drie rechtszaken starten. Daarbij is het de bioscoop de eerste omdat de moordenaar James Holmes via daar naar buiten is gelopen om zijn wapens te halen. Want deze deur was niet op slot (DUH nooduitgang) en werd ook niet bewaakt.

Tweede aanklacht gaat naar Holmes zijn dokters omdat deze niet goed naar zijn gedrags patroon heeft gekeken, ondanks dat hij aan zware medicijnen zat. Tot nu toe kan je zeggen dat Torrence redelijke punten hebt, maar zijn derde aanklacht die tegen Warner Bros. is, kan je nogal absurd noemen. Want hij klaagt de film maatschapij aan omdat deze gewelddadige films maakte en dat dit nu de schuld van het bloedbad is. Tja....moet ik er nog verder woorden aan vuil maken??


1. The theater. Karpel claims it was negligent for the theater to have an emergency door in the front that was not alarmed or guarded. It's widely believed Holmes entered the theater with a ticket, propped the emergency door open from inside, went to his car and returned with guns.

2. Holmes' doctors. Karpel says it appears Holmes was on several medications -- prescribed by one or more doctors -- at the time of the shooting and he believes the docs did not properly monitor Holmes.

3. Warner Bros. Karpel says "Dark Knight Rises" was particularly violent and Holmes mimicked some of the action. The attorney says theater goers were helpless because they thought the shooter was part of the movie. Karpel tells TMZ, "Somebody has to be responsible for the rampant violence that is shown today."
