EA kan niet genoeg centjes verdienen met Medal of Honor. Na de tegenvallende sales en cijfers geven ze het op en wachten totdat ze wel een goede game kunnen maken. Wil je weten wat ik er van vond? Lees dan even mij review.

Following disappointing sales of Medal Of Honor Warfighter, EA has announced that the franchise will be taking a "rest," offering the following statement

"We haven't announced a new project for the Medal of Honor development team, although there are other projects in development in Los Angeles and throughout our other EA studios. Medal of Honor is a great franchise with a storied past. We recognize and appreciate the value of the franchise. We're going to give Medal of Honor a rest while we plan its return. We haven't made any decision on how or when it will return."

EA COO Peter Moore tried to spin the panning Warfighter received by saying, "The game was solid but the focus on combat authenticity did not resonate with consumers. Critics were polarized and gave the game scores which were, frankly, lower than it deserved (ed. check our review here). This one is behind us now. We are taking Medal of Honor out of the rotation, and have a plan to bring year-over-year continuity to our shooter offerings."
