Walt Disney Pictures heeft vandaag bekend gemaakt dat Iron Man 3 wereldwijd 1.8 miljard dollar in het spreekwoordelijk laatje heeft gebracht. Iets wat me behoorlijk verbaast aangezien de film nogal matig is en vele comic fans pissed off wist te krijgen. Maar goed, Robbert Downey Jr. kan nu weer goed onderhandelen voor zijn salaris.

Walt Disney Pictures announced today that Iron Man 3 has grossed $1.18 billion at the worldwide box office. The third installment is now the fifth-highest grossing film of all time globally. It has climbed to 17th on the domestic list and is now ranked 7th on the international one.
