Hoewel Gotham niet heel erg slecht was, waren de verwachtingen te hoog, en te veel verwijzingen naar latere BatmanGGG villains. Hopelijk gaat seizoen 2 beter worden, en daar voor zijn James Frain en Jessica Lucas gecast. Namen die je waarschijnlijk niks zeggen, maar James Frain speelt altijd de standaard bad guy in zo'n beetje elke TV serie die vroeger of later gecanceld (The Cape, Intruders,True Blood) wordt.
