Voor veel games wordt er op muzikaal vlak alles uit de kast getrokken om de gamers te verwennen en zo ook bij Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Ubisoft heeft voor de game goede muzikanten ingezet voor een authentiek gevoel tijdens het gamen en alle nummers worden op een cd geperst en als soundtrack verkocht. Vandaag is bekend geworden dat de muziek van composer Jesper Kyd op 16 november zal uitkomen.
