Niemand verachte dat The Libarians na het eerste seizoen zou door gaan, want deze serie is vrij slecht en alles oogt heel erg cheap. Maar de kracht van de show is de humor en de karakters die overgoten is met een mythologisch sausje. Sterker het doet met het meest denken aan Warehouse 13. Gisteren werd bekend dat TNT een vierde seizoen heeft besteld en persoonlijk kijk ik hier heel erg naar uit.

TNT wants more of The Librarians. Two days after wrapping up its third-season finale, it was announced today that the movie-based series has been renewed for a fourth season.

The adventure drama premiered on the cable network in 2014 as an expansion of its hit movie franchise, following an ancient organization hidden beneath the Metropolitan Public Library whose members dedicate their lives to protecting the world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around.

The Librarians has been a solid performer over the course of its run, ranking as one of TNT's top-rated and most-watched series. The show is also among the top 20 basic cable dramas in the adults 18-49 demographic.
