Alweer drie jaar geleden kon je hier op Eigenwereld.nl mijn recensie van Sleeping Dogs lezen. Een zeer vermakelijke crime actie game in een semi sandbox wereld. Maar dit Hong Kong drama komt nu naar het witte doek en is het Fast & Furious producer Neal H. Moritz die het gaat maken en zien we in de hoofdrol Donnie Yen die pas geleden in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story de rol van Chirrut ÃŽmwe speelde. Die game was heel erg leuk en ik hoop dat deze film het ook gaat worden.

Fast & Furious producer Neal H. Moritz has been tapped to bring Square Enix's Sleeping Dogs adaptation to the big screen, and it will be starring Ip Man martial artist star Donnie Yen, who recently played Chirrut ÃŽmwe in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

Having just wrapped up the soon coming Fast & Furious 8 (offiically called The Fate of the Furious), Neal Moritz is quite a busy man, currently working on the Prison Break sequel TV series, Fast & Furious 9 and 10, as well as Sonic the Hedgehog, a couple S.W.A.T. movies and Goosebumps 2.

There is no target date for the Sleeping Dogs movie yet.
