Sony en uithoeren lijkt ook perfect hand in hand te gaan deze dagen, want ook Sam Fisher ontkomt niet aan de HD remake hype. Daar van komt in maart drie Splinted Cell titel uit op één Blu-Ray disc en dat is niet het enige, want de games krijgen ook Trophies en dat is altijd weer leuk. Leuk detail diezelfde dag komt ook de The Prince of Persia Classic Trilogy HD voor de PlayStation 3 uit.

Ubisoft will pack three classic Sam Fisher stealth games-Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory-into the confirmed Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD. Expect a high definition makeover and stereoscopic 3D treatment for the collection, due March 22.

Also hitting Blu-ray disc that day is the collected Prince of Persia trilogy, already released via PlayStation Network. The Prince of Persia Classic Trilogy HD ships on March 22 as well, featuring Prince of Persia The Sands of Time, Prince of Persia Warrior Within and Prince of Persia The Two Thrones.

Both collections run $39.99 USD at retail. They'll also be available as a "digital bundle" on the PlayStation Store.
