Ook in Amerika heb je een film rating systeem zo dat de tere kinderzieltjes daar niet worden geconfronteerd met te enge beelden in films, TV series en videogames. Nu heeft de website Fearnet.com deze top tien gemaakt met horror films die vallen onder het PG13 rating systeem. Het was kiezen tussen het nog altijd erg enge Poltergeist uit 1982 en Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) die een scene had met een hond die een mensen gezicht had. Dit was zo slick gemonteerd dat ik als 11 jarige er nog jaren lang nachtmerries van had.
