In de strijd tegen piraterij veranderd Microsoft aan de lopende band (met weinig succes) zijn DVD drives, en wanneer dat gebeurd is er altijd opeens een kleine paniek in het ombouw circuit te bespeuren. Zo is er nu de Liteon DG-16D4S 0401 te vinden in de nieuwe consoles in Canada, en je raad het al die is tot nu toe nog niet om te bouwen. Zoals met alles zal het een kwestie van tijd zijn voor deze drive 100% gehackt is en te flashen met een custom firmware.

Paintball9 reported on our forums he found a new revision of the Liteon DG-16D4S drive in his 4GB Slim Xbox360 console.
The drive is manufactured in March 2011, comes with firmware version 0401 and hardware version A0A0

So, Hooked up jungleflasher, to see what it would do, and nothin
plain nothin.
Shows up in bios (even as a boot option although i havnt actually tried booting from it) but jungleflasher reports nothing in any of my ports, just the main os drive. I've even used this machine to do my hitachi earlier and it worked fine, so maybe this is another mode-b kinda setup on this drive.
