Zombies zijn extreem hot op het ogenblik, want gisteren kon je hier op Eigenwereld.nl al lezen dat The Walking Dead TV serie door 7.2 miljoen Amerikanen was bekeken. In 2009 verscheen het erg leuke Zombieland in de bioscopen en een vervolg is helaas altijd uitgebleven, maar vandaag werd bekend dat de franchise nu zal gaan voortleven in een TV serie. Deze staat in de planning voor het seizoen 2012/2013.

We hear talks are well under way with Fox Broadcasting and Columbia's sister unit, Sony Pictures Television, to put the zom-com into development for the 2012-13 season. If it happens, it will actually be sort of fitting.
