Michael Rooker kennen we natuurlijk het beste van zijn rol in The Walking Dead TV serie en zijn stem uit Call of Duty Black Ops 2. Deze Billy Badass zal volgend jaar op het witte doek te zien zijn als Yondu in de Marvel superhelden film Guardians of the Galaxy, waar bij de show op zeker gestolen wordt door een rokende en schietende wasbeer. Maar goed, Rooker kent de comics niet, en heeft zich ingelezen en realiseert zoals je hier onder kan zien, dat film en comics een wereld van verschil is.

"When I first got the role of Yondu, [director James] Gunn was like, 'Don't read any of the comics!' but It's beautiful stuff. Whenever you do a film of comic book characters and stuff you don't know how much you can show, you don't know how much is going to be brought out. Nowadays movies are done and they already have two or three others planned out. So stuff you do in this one, you ask "Why aren't we doing this?" and they say, "Well be patient!"
