Bungie's Destiny is één van de meest verwachte titels van dit jaar, dus daarom is het ook niet zo raar dat heel erg veel mensen nu de beta willen spelen. Daar door is het PlayStation Network helemaal over zijn nek gegaan en ook de Bungie website die de keys uitdeelt heeft het erg moeilijk. Maar er worden servers bij gezet, dus het komt weer allemaal goed.

Gamers are grabbing codes from seemingly every spot imaginable, and the traffic to both the PlayStation store, as well as Bungie's website has been overwhelming.

On the PlayStation store, gamers are being greeted with the message, "The service is currently undergoing maintenance - E-820001F7."

Essentially, Sony and the PlayStation store are saying that there is way too many of you wanting to play this game right now, please leave us alone and come back later. In all seriousness however, it seems as though neither company was ready for the influx of volume that Destiny was set to bring. With Bungie being such a heralded company, and Destiny being such a blockbuster title, this was to be expected.
