Een kleine twee weken geleden konden we hier de eerste productie van Neill Blomkamp's Oats Studio's zien. Zijn volgende short komt er aan onder de titel Firebase en speelt zich af tijdens de oorlogin Vietnam en daar gebeurd wazige shit en dat is goed terug te zien in de onderstaande clip.

Set during the Vietnam war, FIREBASE follows American soldier Hines through an ever deepening web of science fiction madness. The fabric of space-time literally beginning to bend around him.

Blomkamp and his Vancouver based Oats Studios have been innovating the film production and distribution business, creating lush sci-fi film content with stars like Sigourney Weaver outside of the studio system.
